worse than useless

I have a mixed network (wired and wireless) with 21 devices attached.
Used My Net to scan, 8 devices discovered
Scan again, 17 devices discovered
Scan again, 9 devices discovered
Scan again, 11 devices discovered
After many scans: high 18, low 7
even merging the scans did not list all of the devices

IP 3 is a iMac 27
IP 4 is a iMac 24
both are listed with the router’s MAC address

My Net help is as good as the app, "Help isn’t available for My Net."
